Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase.  Because each product is created by hand, the color or design might differ slightly from the web picture.  Contact us within 30 days of your purchase if you want to return the item. We will either replace the product, give credit for a different item, or offer a full refund.  No refunds or exchanges can be made after 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of receipt and work with you to resolve refund or exchange for a different item.

If you request a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations due to variances in color or design from the web site, send us an email Kay@kreationsbyida.com. We will resolve the problem.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product mail to Kreations by Ida Kay, P.O. Box 524, Estero, FL 33929.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. If your return is due to a defect, damaged, or exchange, contact us for instructions in those cases. kay@kreationsbyidak.com  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
